Abstract

NGHIÊN CỨU CÔNG TÁC KHÁM, CHỮA BỆNH CHO BỘ ĐỘI VÀ NGƯ DÂN CỦA BỆNH XÁ QUÂN Y ĐẢO TRẦN V Hoàng Tùng, Đặng Thế Quang, Tô Đình Thảo Quân y Quân khu 3 TÓM TẮT Nghiên cứu công tác khám chữa bệnh của Bệnh xá quân y Đảo Trần từ tháng 1 năm 2009 đến tháng 6 năm 2010, Kết quả cho thấy: Đảo Trần thuộc huyện đảo Cô Tô, là tiền đồn trong tuyến đảo tiền tiêu vùng biển Đông Bắc Tổ Quốc. Trên đảo không có dân sinh sống, chỉ có các lực lượng vũ trang đóng quân, là nơi neo đậu tàu thuyền và trú ẩn của ngư dân. Bệnh xá Đảo Trần có 01 bác sĩ, 02 y sĩ, đây là y tế tuyến cuối của đảo, là nơi điều trị chủ yếu cho các lực lượng đóng quân trên đảo và ngư dân. Cơ sở vật chất của Bệnh xá còn nhiều khó khăn về cơ sở hạ tầng, về thuốc và về trang bị y tế; chủ yếu là những trang thiết bị thô sơ bảo đảm cho cấp cứu, điều trị những bệnh thông thường. Lưu lượng bệnh nhân trung bình của Bệnh xá khoảng từ 20 - 30 lượt người/tháng, với nhiều mặt bệnh khác nhau, nhiều ca được cứu chữa tại đảo, nhiều trường hợp quá phạm vi cứu chữa phải vận chuyển về đất liền. SUMMARY Researching the examination and treatment for soldiers and people of military polyclinic on the Tran island Authors have researched the examination and treatment for soldiers and people of military polyclinic on the Tran island from january 2009 to june 2010, the results obtained as follow: Tran island belong to Co To islandish province, is an advance post of outpost islands in the north-east in Vietnam. There are no people living on the island, only military forces and it is a place, where fishing boats was situated and was a temporary residence for fishermen. There are 1 doctor, 2 higher nurses working in the polyclinic, where is the end line of island and treats mainly for soldiers and fishermen. The material facilities of polyclinic was difficult on infrastructure, medicine and medical equipments; mainly was rudimentary medical equipments, that can supply the first aid and treat the common diseases. The patients was examined in polyclinic about 20-30 turns per month with different diseases, some was cured in the polyclinic on the island, but some exceed ability of cure at polyclinic, have to transport to land to treat.
