THE SITUATION OF MATERNAL AND CHILD CARE SERVICE PROVIDING AND FAMILY PLANNING AT SALTY MARSH, COASTAL LAGOON, ESTUARIES AND FISHING VILLAGE IN 2010 2. 2. Objective: to describe the situation of maternal and child care and family planning service providing. Materials and population: Population were women aged from 15-49, commune officers, health staffs, organization heads; materials were registration books, books in archive. Method: Cross-sectional study was done from 1-3/2010. Results and conclusions: Maternal care services were mainly antepartum examination, immunization anti tetanos and iron tablets and acid folic providing. There were no foetus ultrasound and foetus screening antepartum. Birth rate and the third birth rate were still very high. The rate of women using contraception methods was very high. The rate of hemorrhage after abortion was 0,9%. A part from this, there were no others accidents. Child care services were only enlarged imminization and nutrition program. Services for newborn and other child care were rare. ca TH 2.2 Mục tiêu: mô tả thực trạng cung cấp dịch vụ chăm sóc sức khoẻ bà mẹ trẻ n/kế hoạch hoá gia đình. Đối tượng và phương pháp: đối tượng là phụ nữ 15-49 nổi, cán bộ y tế, cán bộ xã và các đoàn thể, sổ sách lưu trữ; phương pháp nghiên u cắt ngang từ 1-3/2010. Kết quả: dịch vụ chăm sóc sức khoẻ bà mẹ chủ yếu là ám thai trước sinh, tiêm phòng chống uốn ván, cung cấp viên sắt và acid folic. ông có dịch vụ siêu âm thai hay chẩn đoán sàng lọc trước sinh; Tỷ suất sinh và ệ sinh con thứ 3 còn cao. Tỷ lệ phụ nữ áp dụng các biện pháp tránh thai rất cao. lệ băng huyết sau nạo hút thai là 0,9%.
