Mục tiêu: Mô tả đặc điểm khí máu động mạch và điện giải đồ ở bệnh nhân phẫu thuật tán sỏi thận qua da tại Viện Y học biển năm 2022- 2023. Đối tượng nghiên cứu: 30 BN phẫu thuật tán sỏi thận qua da được đánh giá sự thay đổi khí máu động mạch và điện giải đồ trước mổ và sau mổ tại khoa Gây mê hồi tỉnh Viện Y học biển từ tháng 1/2022-10/2023. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: mô tả cắt ngang. Kết quả: Nồng độ Kali tăng (3,60 ± 0,2 so với 3,62 ± 0,28), Clo máu tăng (102 ± 1,11 so với 104,50 ± 1,42) cũng như chỉ số pH giảm (7,41 ± 0,02 so với 7,38 ± 0,03), HCO3 giảm (23,9 ± 1,20 so với 21,22 ± 1,50), BE giảm (-0,6 ± 1,54 so với -1,85 ± 1,68), lactat tăng (1,5 ± 0,37 so với 2,01 ± 0,44) ở thời điểm sau mổ có ý nghĩa thống kê với p < 0,05 so với thời điểm trước mổ. Nghiên cứu của chúng tôi cho thấy có sự thay đổi có ý nghĩa về 1 số chỉ số trong điện giải đồ và khí máu động mạch sau phẫu thuật tán sỏi thận qua da.

Abstract: CHARACTERISTICS OF ARTERIAL BLOOD GASES AND ELECTROLYTES IN PATIENTS WITH PERCUTANEOUS NEPHROLITHOTRIPSY SURGERY AT VIETNAM NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF MARITIME MEDICINE
Le Thi Viet, Dam Thi Hai Van, Vu Thanh Long Objective: Describe the characteristics of arterial blood gases and electrolytes in patients with percutaneous nephrolithotripsy surgery at Vietnam national institute of Maritime Medicine from 2022- 2023. Subjects: 30 patients undergoing selective percutaneous nephrolithotripsy surgery were evaluated for changes of arterial blood gas and electrolytes before and after surgery at the department of Anesthesiology Viet Nam national institute of maritime medecine from January 2022 to October 2023. Method: Cross-sectional description. Results: Postoperative Kali concentration increased (3,60 ± 0,2 vs 3,62 ± 0,28), chloride concentration increased (102 ± 1,11 vs 104,50 ± 1,42) as well as pH index (7,41 ± 0,02 vs 7,38 ± 0,03) HCO3 index (23,9 ± 1,20 vs 21,22 ± 1,50), BE index (-0,6 ± 1,54 vs -1,85 ± 1,68) have decreased statistically compared with the time before surgery. The postoperative lactate index was also significantly higher than at the time before surgery (1,5 ± 0,37 vs 2,01 ± 0,44; p < 0.05). Our study showed a significant change in electrolytes and arterial blood gases following percutaneous nephrolithotripsy surgery.
