Abstract

THỰC TRẠNG KÊ ĐƠN THUỐC NGOẠI TRÚ TẠI VIỆN Y HỌC BIỂN 6 THÁNG ĐẦU NĂM 2023 Lương Thị Minh Tâm, Hồ Thị Liên, Vũ Thị Hoài. Mục tiêu: Mô tả thực trạng kê đơn thuốc ngoại trú tại Viện Y học biển 6 tháng đầu năm 2023. . Đối tượng nghiên cứu: Đơn thuốc của bệnh nhân điều trị ngoại trú tại Viện Y học biển. Thời gian: Từ 01/01/2023 đến 30/06/2023. Phương pháp: Mô tả cắt ngang. Kết quả: Việc thực hiện quy chế kê đơn trong điều trị ngoại trú của Viện thực hiện rất tốt. Số thuốc trung bình trong một đơn là 3,96 ± 2,05 thuốc, trong đó, số thuốc được kê nhiều nhất là 11 thuốc và ít nhất là 1 thuốc có trong một đơn. Số đơn có kê vitamin và khoáng chất là thấp nhất chiếm 2,7%. Số đơn kê corticoid chiếm 9,2%. Tỷ lệ đơn thuốc có kê kháng sinh cao nhất chiếm 17,5%, trong đó nhóm Beta-lactam chiếm tỷ lệ lớn nhất. Phát hiện 40 cặp tương tác mức độ trung bình, 4 cặp tương tác nghiêm trọng và 1 cặp tương tác chống chỉ định. Từ khoá: Đơn thuốc; Ngoại trú; Viện Y học biển.

THE SITUATION OF OUTPATIENT PRESCRIPTIONS OF VIETNAM NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF MARITIME MEDICINE IN THE FIRST SIXMONTHS OF 2023 Luong Thi Minh Tam, Ho Thi Lien, Vu Thi Hoai. Objective: To describe the current situation of outpatient medical prescription of Vietnam National Institute of Maritime Medicine in the first 6 months of 2023. Research subjects: Prescriptions for outpatients of Vietnam National Institute of Maritime Medicine. Period: From January 1, 2023 to June 30, 2023. Methods: Cross-sectional description. Results: The Institute's implementation of prescription regulations in outpatient treatment is very good. The average number of medicaitons in a prescription is 3.96 ± 2.05 drugs, of which the highest number of medications prescribed is 11 medications and the lowest number of medications is 1 drug in a prescription. The number of prescriptions containing vitamins and minerals was the lowest, accounting for 2.7%. The number of corticosteroid prescriptions accounted for 9.2%. The highest proportion of prescriptions containing antibiotics is 17.5%, of which the beta-lactam antibiotics accounts for the largest proportion. Detected forty pairs of moderate interactions, four pairs of serious interactions and one pair of contraindicated interactions.
