Abstract

THỰC TRẠNG KÊ ĐƠN THUỐC NGOẠI TRÚ CHO BỆNH NHÂN ĐÁI THÁO ĐƯỜNG TYPE 2 TẠI VIỆN Y HỌC BIỂN 6 THÁNG ĐẦU NĂM 2023 Trần Thị Thu Trang, Nguyễn Việt Cường Mục tiêu: Thực trạng kê đơn thuốc ngoại trú cho bệnh nhân đái tháo đường type 2 tại Viện Y học biển 6 tháng đầu năm 2023. Đối tượng nghiên cứu: Đơn thuốc của bệnh nhân điều trị ngoại trú tại Viện Y học biển. Thời gian: Từ 01/01/2023 đến 30/06/2023. Phương pháp: Mô tả cắt ngang. Kết quả và kết luận: Trong mẫu nghiên cứu có 3 nhóm thuốc và 4 hoạt chất điều trị đái tháo đường. Số lượng thuốc được dùng để điều trị cao nhất lần lượt là Metformin, Gliclazid và Glimepirid, ít sử dụng nhất là Insulin. Phác đồ điều trị đái tháo đường sử dụng nhiều nhất là phối hợp giữa Biguanid và Sulfonylure. Đơn trị liệu và phác đồ phối hợp 3 thuốc ít được sử dụng hơn. Liều dùng ở các nhóm thuốc là phù hợp, không có bệnh nhân nào được kê liều vượt ngưỡng tối đa.Thuốc điều trị huyết áp tương đối nhiều nên rất dễ xảy ra tương tác khi phối hợp điều trị. SUMMARY THE SITUATION OF OUTPATIENT PRESCRIPTION FOR PATIENTS WITH TYPE 2 DIABETES IN VIETNAM NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF MARITIME MEDICINE IN THE FIRST SIX MONTHS OF 2023 Tran Thi Thu Trang, Nguyen Viet Cuong Objective: The situation of outpatient prescriptions for type 2 diabetes patients of Vietnam National institute of maritime medicine in the first sixmonths of 2023 Research subjects: Prescriptions for outpatients of Vietnam National Institute of Maritime Medicine. Timeframe: From January 1, 2023 to June 30, 2023. Methods: Cross-sectional description. Results: In the study sample, there were 3 groups of drugs and 4 active ingredients used to treat type 2 diabetes. The most prescribed medicines used for treatment are Metformin, Gliclazid and Glimepiride, respectively, the least used is Insulin. Biguanide and Sulfonylurea are the most used combination therapy in treating type 2 diabetes. Monotherapy and triple-drug combination therapy are less commonly used. Dosages across drug groups are appropriate, no patient was prescribed a dose exceeding the maximum tolerated dose. There are many blood pressure medications, so interactions can easily occur when combined with treatment.
