Nghiên cứu một số đặc điểm mạch, huyết áp, điện tâm đồ của thuyền viên vận tải viễn dương trước và sau chuyến hành trình năm 2013-2014

Abstract

TÓM TẮT Mục tiêu: Mô tả đặc điểm mạch, huyết áp và điện tâm đồ của thuyền viên trước và sau thành trình năm 2013-2014. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu dọc, hồi cửu trên 200 thuyền viên công ty VOSCO, được khám sức khỏe, đo mạch, huyết áp và ghi điện tâm đồ và so sánh tại 2 thời điểm trước và sau hành trình. Kết quả: Tần số mạch, trị số huyết áp trung bình, tỷ lệ thuyền viên bị tăng huyết áp đều tăng lên so với trước hành trình có ý nghĩa thống kê. Trị số huyết áp có xu hướng tăng theo tuổi nghề và tỷ lệ thuyền viên tăng huyết áp ở nhóm máy cao nhất. Trên điện tâm đồ, tỷ lệ thuyền viên bị rối loạn sau hành trình tăng cao so với trước hành trình, đặc biệt rối loạn dẫn truyền trong thất và cường phế vị. Tỷ lệ rồi loạn điện tâm đồ cũng tăng lên theo nhóm tuổi nghề và cao nhất ở nhóm máy và nhóm boong. SUMMARY THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PULSE, BLOOD PRESSURE AND ELECTROCARDIOGRAM OF SEAFARERS WORKING ON THE OCEAN SIPPING BEFORE AND Objective: To describe the characteristics of the pulse, blood pressure and electrocardiogram (ECG) of seafarers working on the ocean sipping before and after the voyage. Methodology: The retrospective cohort study was conducted on 200 seafarers of VOSCO, who were examined the health, took the pulse and blood pressure and compared at 2 times before and after the voyage. Results: Their pulse, blood pressure and the seafarers suffered hypertension after voyage were higher than before. Their blood pressure's indices tendency increased by working age and seafarers of mechanic group suffered hypertension was the highest. The seafarers had disorders on their cardiogram after the voyage were higher than before. The rate of ECG disorders tent to increased along seafarer's working age and the mechanic and desk groups were highest.
